All linen and towels are included in the rental.
For 2 week lets, a change of linen and bath towels is provided weekly.
Water, gas and electricity are included.
Extras - central heating and wood for the wood burner.

After a long day out we can give you supper - four courses, including aperitifs and wine. Give the chauffeur and cook an evening off; join us at Pêtre on the terrace and watch the sun go down. From €20 per head. 24 hours notice required

Terms: non-refundable deposit of 20% payable at time of booking
Balance due 8 weeks before start of holiday.

NOTE: If you do not require the second bedroom - i.e. if your party is only 2 people, we can offer a discount out of high season, May, June, September and October. Please ask for details.

The Gers can be wonderful in late spring and autumn - please enquire about special rates for out-of-season rents. If you are house-hunting, and looking for a place to rent for several weeks / months, please ask for long-term rates.

We do not feel that The Barn is suitable for people in wheelchairs or toddlers.

We regret, no pets or smoking indoors.
